We are a small, founder-run company that buys and evaluates land. Two people, one office in Spartanburg, and a straightforward way of working with owners.
Who we are
Small on purpose
Terra Quest LLC was founded by Christian and Maria to work directly with people who own land they no longer use. Most of the owners who reach out are not in a rush to squeeze out the last dollar — they want the property handled cleanly and the conversation to be honest.
Being small is deliberate. When you call, you reach a founder. When we review your parcel, the person explaining our thinking is the person who did the research. There is no script and no queue.
We buy land as-is. That means an overgrown lot, a remote tract, or a parcel with a complicated history is still worth a conversation. Some of them work out and some do not, and we tell you which as early as we can.
